We want you to be happy with your wall art prints. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Your Rights Under UK Law

Under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then have a further 14 days to return the items.
This policy is in addition to those statutory rights.


Returns & Refunds

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your print arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design or size)

Please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery  at 📧 artebop@gmail.com

We’ll ask you to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

Once approved, we will issue a full refund, replacement, or exchange whichever you prefer. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

Wall art prints are considered personalised or made-to-order, and because of that, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless UK distance-selling rules apply.

If you wish to return an item for change of mind:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Please note:

  • Returns accepted for 14 days

  • Customer provides return shipping

  • No restocking fee

  • No final sale items

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect it.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email artebop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship to the address we provide (you cover return postage unless the item is faulty/incorrect)


Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 7–14 business days. Payment processing times vary by bank or payment provider, so it may take a little longer for the funds to show in your account.


Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Prints that have been damaged after delivery

  • Prints that have been used, hung, or altered

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Gift cards or digital downloads
