We’re a small, independent art studio, and every order is prepared and shipped with care. This policy outlines how we process and ship your prints, so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully prepared before being shipped.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Because we’re a small business, each order is handled thoughtfully rather than in bulk.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery service used.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note:

  • International delivery times can vary due to local postal services and customs processing

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your country

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer

Packaging

We take care to ensure all prints are packaged securely to arrive safely.

  • Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid, protective mailers

  • Larger prints may be shipped rolled in protective tubes

  • Packaging is chosen to protect the artwork during transit

Tracking

Where available, orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders

While every order is packed carefully, issues can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us at artebop@gmail.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
