As a small independent art studio, every order is carefully prepared, packed and shipped by hand. We take our time to make sure your artwork arrives safely and looking exactly as it should.

Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

We always aim to send orders as quickly as possible, but as everything is handled by a small team (that's us!), processing may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, new releases or promotions. We really appreciate your patience and support—it truly means the world to us.

Delivery

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. While we do our best to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible, occasional courier delays can happen and are unfortunately outside of our control.

Packaging

Your artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Depending on the size of your order, your print will be shipped in either a rigid mailer or a sturdy postal tube.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please get in touch via our Contact page as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the artwork (if damaged).

  • Photos of the packaging.

We'll do everything we can to make things right as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location and the size of your order.
